If your product arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can take immediate action.

✅ Replacement Requirements

To process your replacement, please ensure:

  • You contact us within the specified time frame
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are included
  • The product and packaging are not marked, altered, or damaged

📦 Additional Information

  • Products without a company warranty come with a 14-day checking warranty from Easy Life
  • This checking warranty does not apply to items that already have a brand/company warranty
  • Replacement processing may take 3–5 working days after inspection

💰 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only for prepaid orders under the following conditions:

  • Item is out of stock
  • Order was not dispatched or delivered
  • Product received is completely different from what was ordered
