To process your replacement, please ensure:
- You contact us within the specified time frame
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are included
- The product and packaging are not marked, altered, or damaged

- Products without a company warranty come with a 14-day checking warranty from Easy Life
- This checking warranty does not apply to items that already have a brand/company warranty
- Replacement processing may take 3–5 working days after inspection
💰 Refund Policy
We offer refunds only for prepaid orders under the following conditions:
- Item is out of stock
- Order was not dispatched or delivered
- Product received is completely different from what was ordered
